How hard is the Bounce Down Slide to assemble?
Your box will include a simple assembly guide with step by step photos and instructions. We will also give you all the hardware you need so there’s no running back and forth to your toolbox. We’re parents; we’re all busy enough as it is!
Is the Bounce Down Slide easy for me to remove?
Absolutely! It is not a permanent fixture on your trampoline and takes literally seconds to install and remove. You simply slip the hooks over the diameter rail around your trampoline. It is also less than 4kg, making it easy to manoeuvre. This means our Bounce Down Slide can be easily removed and reinstalled if you need to upgrade, repair or replace your trampoline. This is also great for when you need to move your trampoline for mowing lawns maintenance. Alternatively, you can easily flip the slide upside down and rest against your trampoline safety netting.
What is the age recommendation?
Babies from the age of 1 have been using our Bounce Down Slide with confidence and safety. Check out some footage here. Plus, our slide also has a weight limit of 100kg, so all children can have fun climbing up and sliding down.

What makes the Bounce Down Slide safer than ladders for my children?
Primarily our slide is designed for a fun descent from your trampoline, and doubles as a ladder or ramp for your children to ascend safely.
What makes it safer? Well, a number of things:
Firstly, we have designed the hooks that go over the trampoline rail to be wider and longer than traditional ladders. This means it is far less likely to slip up and off during use.
Secondly, there are no ladder rungs for little legs to get caught in or little feet to slip off.
Thirdly, there are large, sturdy fabric handles on either side for your children to hold onto as they climb. They are designed to be on the outer edges as well so their feet won’t get caught and cause tripping.
Lastly, being on a gentler slope than a traditional ladder means your children are less likely to fall.

Does the Bounce Down Slide fit all trampolines?
We have not found a trampoline yet that our Bounce Down Slide will not fit. During our research we found that the hooks on generic trampoline ladders were sometimes too narrow or too short to fit all trampoline brands. So, we specifically designed the hooks on our slide to be larger. They are 14cm wide and 10cm long to ensure this problem is not an issue.
What happens if I have a small trampoline?
If your trampoline is smaller in diameter our Bounce Down Slide will still fit, even though the metal rail around the circumference of the trampoline is narrower. In our research we found that the hooks on generic trampoline ladders were sometimes too narrow or too short to fit all trampoline brands. So, we designed the hooks on our slide to be larger. They are 14cm wide and 10cm long to ensure this problem is not an issue.
Do I need to modify my trampoline at all to fit the Bounce Down Slide?
Nope! Our slide is designed so that it is easy to attach, lift for mowing or maintenance, and to remove within seconds. It is not a permanent fixture, so you will not need to modify your trampoline at all. This also means you can easily keep your slide should you upgrade, repair or replace your trampoline. You will also not need any additional hardware to assemble our Bounce Down Slide, other than what comes in your package.
Does the Bounce Down Slide fit square trampolines?
Yes! Our Bounce Down Slide will fit your square trampoline. In our research we found that the hooks on generic trampoline ladders were sometimes too narrow or too short to fit all trampoline brands. So we designed the hooks on our slide to be larger. They are 14cm wide to ensure this problem is not an issue.
Is the Bounce Down Slide compatible with the Springfree trampoline brand?
It sure does. If you have a Springfree brand of trampoline you will know that there is no metal circumference rail directly attached to the trampoline mat like most other trampolines. Instead, our Bounce Down Slide easily hooks over the base metal rail, much in the same place as their brand of step attaches. Our hooks are 14cm wide and 10cm long to ensure this is easily achieved.

Depending on the size of your Springfree trampoline, you may need to remove the trampoline mat from a few of the white supports temporarily. This will allow you to straighten them for a moment to allow our Bounce Down Slide's hooks to fit through the gaps, and then reattach the white supports to the mat.
